Add some vibrational magic into your SMART goals.

Most of us have been taught to set goals using one of our powers – our mind. Hence, SMART goals.

Let me tell you two reasons why SMART goals are not that wise.

#1. They don't consider your unique design.

Which might not be Specific - shout out to all of my Non-Specific Manifestors.

Which might not be Measurable by analysis but rather with your gut.

Which might not be Achievable to others, but are to you.

Which might not be Realistic, but you’re ready to create new realities.

Which might not be Time-based, because you trust in the quantum field (timing not just timelines).

#2. They cut many of our superpowers out of the goal-setting process.

When we feel we “have” to relate to goals in a way that doesn’t feel organic within, it can lead to forcing, constant achieving and shaming/doubting ourselves. As well as trusting what others have told us instead of what feels true within (intuition, etc.). Resulting in disconnecting from the field of possibility, where all the quantum magic exists.

The truth is that most of our goals have been vibrationally deficient.

(No wonder most people forget about them by February and end up in the same ol’ situation a year later.)

What keeps us engaged, excited and connected with our goals is both our mind (masculine) and our emotions (feminine).

So why wouldn’t we integrate both into our goals?

It’s time to bring a little more magic into the goal-setting process. So that you head into 2022 aligned AF with goals that light up your soul.

As a former head of HR and OD, I helped everyone from C-suite leaders to entry-level employees set annual SMART goals. For the majority of people, they lacked heart and soul and began collecting virtual dust shortly after they were set.

What I came to realize after I embarked in my own business, was that the prescriptive model of SMART goals is perfect for some, but not all.
